Nurturing Mums Bespoke

After over seven years of hosting postnatal courses in the community and seeing hundreds of parents feel connected and supported at such a vulnerable time, we have a real passion to see parents cared for and in community with others.

Maybe you are currently pregnant and not sure about what you need for your new arrival. Or maybe you want to be sure that you have the right support in place once baby arrives. Maybe you are currently struggling with sleep and want the help and support of a Sleep Practitioner to walk you through the stage you are at. You could of just had a baby or be in that first year of parenting facing milestones and phases where you would love some extra advice and care.

We are here to care for parents by having services and creating events and spaces where community can be built and where expertise and care can be shared. See how we can support you below.

Nurturing Mums

We aren’t currently hosting our postnatal courses but keep your eyes open for future dates.

However, in the interim if you need support within that first year of your babies arrival I am available to host one to one consultations, private workshops or Q&A sessions by arrangement.

In terms of one to one consultations or workshops we can cover:

  • Any initial questions or concerns about your own or babies wellbeing.
  • Understanding your babies sleep
  • Process and preparing for weaning
  • Support with feeding
  • Getting out and about
  • Recommendations for larger items such as prams, car seats, slings and nursery furniture.
  • Recommendations for smaller items such as sleep aids, muslins, sun protection, bottles and clothing.
  • Advice around the arrival of a second child
  • Postnatal fitness offerings
  • Childcare
  • Routines
